簡介：35L密煉機是一種密閉式煉膠設(shè)備，主要用于橡膠、塑料等高分子材料的塑煉和混煉。其核心功能是通過一對相對回轉(zhuǎn)的轉(zhuǎn)子，在密閉且可調(diào)溫壓的混煉室內(nèi)，對物料進行強烈的剪切、捏煉和混合，以達到均勻分散、提高物料性能的目的。

The 35L internal mixer is a closed rubber compounding machine primarily used for the plasticizing and mixing of high molecular materials such as rubber and plastics. Its core function is to achieve uniform dispersion and enhance material properties by applying intense shearing, kneading, and mixing to the materials in a sealed and temperature-adjustable mixing chamber using a pair of rotating rotors.

工作原理：由兩支表面帶螺旋棱角的攪葉軸，封閉在“W”形容室內(nèi)，在一定壓力與溫度條件下，兩軸做相對差速運轉(zhuǎn)，使膠料攪拌分散。

Working principle: Two agitator shafts with spiral edges on the surface are enclosed in the 'W' chamber. Under certain pressure and temperature conditions, the two shafts are operated at a relatively different speed to stir and disperse the materials.
